Repairs

Please fill the Service Request Form and email your request to service@cinecraft.ca prior to shipping or dropping off.

All repairs are subject to an evaluation fee.
An estimate will be provided once the product arrives at our service facility. The repair costs stated in your estimate are guidelines based on information provided by you and the technician’s examination of the equipment. Costs of estimates cannot be guaranteed with complete accuracy. During disassembly of repair process, it may occur that other internal components may have sustained damaged not visible on initial evaluation. If this should occur, we will inform you with an updated estimate with the changes and if the repair costs change to then request a new approval to proceed.
All equipment must be carefully packed for delivery to CinéCraft. Please be sure to remove all accessories from your equipment, including separating the camera and lens, before shipping it. Failure do so may result in damage to the equipment. Insurance of equipment delivered to CinéCraft for maintenance is the responsibility of the owner. The risks of damages or loss are transferred to the client as soon as the equipment leaves our facility for return to the client.
